Ballet, Jazz
Sarah Wolcott began dancing at three years old at her local studio in Shreveport, Louisiana. There she trained in classical ballet, jazz, contemporary, and tap. After joining the studio’s competition team, she performed at competitions and conventions across Texas and Louisiana. She also performed in local productions in which she developed a love for storytelling and the stage. Throughout high school, Sarah competed classical ballet and contemporary solos for the Youth America Grand Prix Ballet Competition. She moved to Oregon in the fall of 2024 to begin her college career at the University of Oregon. Sarah is currently a sophomore majoring in dance and environmental studies. This is her first season at Eugene Ballet Academy, where she will be teaching ballet and jazz. Sarah is so excited for what this year will bring!
