Vimala Jeffrey-Howe, Apprentice

Vimala grew up in Washington studying at the Jo Emery Ballet School. She was accepted into the Royal Winnipeg Ballet School’s Professional division where she trained from 2004 until 2008 and was awarded a Jane McEvoy O’Donnell Scholarship in 2007. Her pre-professional performance experience includes Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty, Raymonda, and Don Quixote performing in Winnipeg’s, Ballet in the Park, Concert Hour Ballet, and In Concert. Vimala has also studied at the Kirov Academy of Ballet of Washington D.C. and the Rock School for Dance Education. Last season Vimala appeared in Dracula, The Nutcracker, Swan Lake and Peter Pan.
