Gillmer Duran, Principal Dancer and Soloist

Gillmer joined the company from Tulsa Ballet Theatre. He grew up in Venezuela where he danced with Ballet National de Caracas and was featured in a variety of solo roles under artistic direction of Vicente Nebrada. He has toured internationally and has performed most of the company’s repertoire for the last six years. Gillmer's choreographic work has been presented on EBC, Drop Dance Collective and he has participated in independent projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. His most recent work for EBC was the successful Without the Cover.
