Brittney Deptuch, Trainee

Brittney is 17 years old and is currently enrolled in West Lane Tech online school. She started dancing at the age of 11 and received a scholarship to the Portland Festival Ballet at age 15 where she trained with John Magnus from the Joffrey Ballet Company. She has attended summer programs at the Joffrey, New York City, American Ballet, Theatre, New York City and Magnus Midwest. Last summer she received a scholarship to Haird Conservatory. Brittney has danced the lead role of Aurora in Sleeping Beauty as well as Snow Queen, Spanish and Waltz in The Nutcracker. She returns to Eugene Ballet Academy this season as a student trainee with Eugene Ballet Company.
