
Amanda grew up in Eugene, Oregon and studied at the Eugene Ballet Academy for 11 years under the instruction of Sara Lombardi, Floribelle Moses and Susan Zadoff. She has danced as a student in numerous Eugene Ballet Company productions including The Nutcracker, Carmen, Carnival of the Animals and Cinderella. Amanda has been awarded scholarships to the Joffrey Ballet NY, Pacific Northwest Ballet’s summer intensive programs and the prestigious CRAFT of Choreography Conference. She was featured as Aurora in Eugene Ballet Academy’s, Sleeping Beauty school performance and as Swanilda in the Eugene Ballet academy’s production of Coppelia, as well as participating in the Eugene Youth Ballet. Last season she performed in Eugene Ballet's Dracula and Peter Pan and was featured in Swan Lake as the Swan Apparition, Valse and Polacca dancer, a fiance Princess, and a Swan. This is Amanda’s second season with the Eugene Ballet Company.
